Terms of Service

By commissioning me, the client agrees to the terms of service below.

General

  • Payment is in USD.

  • Commissions are only for PERSONAL USE. If you want commercial use, please discuss it more with me!

  • Commercial use includes: Merchandise design, etc.

  • The prices listed are base prices.

  • The prices will vary depending on the complexity of the character’s design, and background.

  • You must credit my Twitter handle / @didiliscios when posting the commission work.

  • None of my art is allowed to be used as NFT or for training an AI-generative app. (NO AI & NO NFT)

  • Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission.

  • I reserve the right to use your commission work as portfolio samples.

  • I reserve the right to post your commission work on social media (will be watermarked).

  • I accept Paypal, Stripe and Vgen as payment methods.

Commission Process

  • Pose references, background references and moodboard MUST be provided if commissioning a full illustration (with background).

  • Artwork will be delivered through a google drive link.

Additional Fees

  • Rush commissions will be prioritized.

  • RUSH FEES: An additonal half of the original price will be added to the quotation.

  • The commission will only be considered a rush commission if the client requires me to complete the work 2 weeks before my estimated time of completion.

Others

  • All prices I stated are base prices, it may increase depending on the details.

  • You may contact me anytime during the commission if you want updates of your commission.

  • Refunds are only given if the sketch has not been confirmed yet.I will only START the commission once payment is made.

  • I will DM you as soon as I can through your socials!

IMPORTANTThis is a Surprise Me artwork, where me and the client will have MINIMAL contact and NO changes to the artwork. Everything about the artwork will be decided by me.
The client can however choose a prompt they'd like for their art, and also request changes if I have made mistakes or forgotten parts of their character design.
